The Ghetto Boyz Gang (GBZ) is a Sureno gang coming out of Roy Lowenstein/Jamestown, Los Santos. They were established around four decades ago and have several cliques. The Ghetto Boyz 13 are enemies with hoods like the Playboys 13, 39th Street, 41st Street, The Hang out Boys, Clanton 14, and Primera Flats.
The Ghetto Boyz 13 rivalry with the Primera Flats has been harmful to both sides and their neighborhoods, with both being around the same area, they both proclaimed the park which resulted in a war over it, this led to tragic events like April 2002, where an 8-year-old boy was playing at the park and was shot in the chest during a crossfire between the two gangs, causing him to lose his life. This made the area hot and caused a lot of unwanted attention between the two street gangs.
After the murder of the 8-year-old boy, Detective Steel found several gang drawings & graffiti around the area and park. These included the drawing of a face with a one and a three on each side of a mustache, representing the number 13, along with three dots beneath the teeth. There was also the name Conejo, which is a known gang moniker for one of the brothers, and the phrase "Sur star." Another page had the symbol "GB" drawn on the figure of a man, which allegedly stands for Ghetto Boys, and another had a drawing of a person in a number 13 jersey with "ghetto" written across their neck, again allegedly symbolizing the Ghetto Boys. Other pages had similar drawings, several referencing the Ghetto Boys.
GHETTO BOYZ WORST NIGHTMARE
On September 17th, 2020, at about 3:28 am 19-year-old Aiden Baltra was walking to a corner store down the street, with a friend when a suspect wearing all black, appeared and approached Baltra. After Baltra and the suspect exchanged a few words the suspect pulled out what appeared to be a handgun, and began shelling Baltra in the upper torso. Baltra collapsed to the floor, wounded. The suspect returned to a lingering vehicle and fled the scene. Baltra was treated at the scene and transported to the Los Santos hospital by paramedics where he later passed away. Wrapping up the murder of Aiden Baltra, it was believed to be a gang-related murder, new sources say. This incident sparked a series of tantrums on Jamestown Street, with additional victims dead and at least three others left brutally wounded. As an outcome of these and other incidents in July and August this summer, Chief Garafolo assembled a multi-agency task force to coordinate investigative efforts in the case. Investigators worked through a total exposition to identify and arrest the suspect involved in this murder. In the early autumn of Friday, September 28, 2020, LSPD investigators arrested 21-year-old Los Santos resident Antonio Love for Aiden Baltra's killing. Love now remains in prison with currently no bail set.
